This is a Knowledge Center, which means that we have a lot of research analysts analytics and some support staff as well. So it's slightly different than a consulting office. People come from all different walks of life, all different backgrounds. And so it's maybe not the traditional business background. So people might be economists, historians, you know, they may have studied meteorology. So they've got a lot of different backgrounds, which is, makes it really interesting. The vibe is really friendly and people will sit with each other and have lunch together. They'll grab time in the different areas of the office and problem solve on some things. So you'll always see the whiteboards around the office kind of covered in different thoughts and ideas.
