I am Julia Rucklidge, Professor of Clinical Psychology and Director of The Mental Health and Nutrition Research Lab at the University of Canterbury, and co-author of The Better Brain.
In this course I am going to take you on a journey exploring the foundational role that nutrition plays in our mental health. After over a decade of research investigating the role of nutrients on mental health problems, like ADHD, insomnia, anxiety and stress, I and other researchers from all over the world have discovered that nutrition plays a fundamental role in how we feel.
